Rates
The hourly rate is €20 per hour.

Virtual Reception services will be answered Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm.

All calls outside of these hours will be forwarded to an answering machine and messages taken the next working day. Please contact us to arrange times and duration service is needed.

Payments
All payments are to be made upon completion of the work

We do charge for materials. For instance, if you want us to create and send a physical mailing to your customer list, we would bill you for the envelopes, the postage, and the paper. We will let you know when you assign the task whether there will be material charges, so there won’t be any surprises.
